E3-24 Hankison filter element/Hankison filter cartridge

Hankison Filters are used to filter different dismissal of stainless dry stock, corrosion resistance, superior structural performance; welding high strength, low airflow resistance. Different accuracy levels of different filter structure, a new "hybrid fiber matrix" to medium and larger contact area, improving the filtration rate, enhanced filtering effect. Acid class of chemical with anti-corrosion oil painting foam sleeve closed, preventing the coalescence of liquid back into the air, to ensure the high efficiency degreasing.

Hankison Compressor Filter Description

1. Filter materials: Imported glass fiber.

2. Filtration accuracy: 0.01μ m, 1μm, 25μm.

3. Strength: 1.0Mpa, 2.0Mpa, 16.0Mpa, 21.0Mpa.

4. Application: used for hydraulic and lubrication system oil filter, to filter out pollutants.

Hanksion Filter Filtering Grade Description:

E9 Grade - for a large number of liquid and 3μm condensates (5 ppm w / w residual oil content) Two-stage filtration

Class 1: 2 stainless steel orifice tubes, for 10μm mechanical separation

Class 2: Deep fiber media filtering 3μm solid and liquid particles

E7 Grade - for filtering liquid water and oil. Filter out to 1μm solid particles (1.0 ppm w / w residual oil content) Two-stage filtration

Class 1: Fiber media and media screen alternating layers filter out larger particles

Class 2: Multi -layered epoxied fiber mixed media, coalescing oil mist and filter out solid particles

E5 Grade - for coalescing tiny water vapor and oil mist; can filter out as small as 0.01μm solid particles (0.01 ppm w / w residual oil content) two-stage filtration

Class 1: Multi-layered fiber media and media filter screen , larger particles are filtered off, pre-filtrate before the air enters the 2 Class filtering. 

Class 2: Multi-layered adhesive mixed fiber media, filter out small agglomerate.

Class 1: Coating film closed  foam sleeve, Pre-filter and air flow dispersion.

Class 2: Multi-matrix mixed fiber media, filter out extremely tiny aggregates.

E1 Grade - for Activated Carbon filtering out, usually absorb oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapors; can filter out as small as 0.01μmsolid particles (0.003 ppm w / w residual oil content) two-stage filtration

Class 1: Very fine active carbon powder stable layer can filter out most of the oil vapor.

Class 2: Multi-layered fiber media, adhesive micro-fine active carbon powder can filter the residual oil vapors.
