Clean room air handling unit hepa filter

 This kind filter uses special superfine glass fiber paper and it is separated by hot-melt adhesives. Moreover, the upstream and downstream side are covered with protective metal mesh. The filter efficiency ranges from 95% to 99.995% which can meet the special requirement of air cleanliness for high-tech clean rooms, clean blench and clean air device.

The high efficiency air filters with separators, with superfine fiberglass media, regards cardboard and aluminum foil in pleated structure as the separator. Its frame consists of galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, plywood sheet, aluminum alloy sheet. The filter with aluminum separator is designed for high temperature and high moisture environment while the filter with cardboard separator is for common clean applications. The high efficiency air filters with separators have high ventilation volume and can be used in high temperature environment.
