Product Description
Brief Introduction
This kind filter uses special superfine glass fiber paper and it is sepatated by hot-melt adhesives. Moreover, the upstream and downstream side are covered with protective metal mesh. The filter efficiency ranges from 95% to 99.995% which can meet the special requirement of air cleanliness for high-tech clean rooms, clean blench and clean air device.
Features
Automatic stepless regulation system with pleat height of 22-96 mm, and the scientific pleat design can realize the optimum pleat height and distance. At the same time, it can reduce reisitance. Discontinuous hot-melt adhesive can keep the same distance and help them support each other.
Detection is carried out with automatic leakage detection system.
Applications
It is widely used for end filtration of clean room with class 10000-100 and clean system in fields of electricals, light device, foods, medicals and precision machinery and HVAC( Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning ) application.
